At the direction of client's legal counsel, Cendrowski Corporate Advisors provides financial analysis, investigation, and advice related to the matters under litigation. We provide these services both as a consultant and as a witness.
As a consultant, our professionals discuss the case with the client's attorney and provide aid as needed. Litigation frequently involves technical subject matters, such as the operation of accounting systems and internal control structure. We serve as technical advisors on a broad range of accounting and fraud-related issues such as the purpose of the control environment, types of internal controls and how they can be overridden, and typical accounting procedures. If desired, we can assist the attorney in the development of settlement strategies, as well as participate in mediation hearings.
