The firm's philosophy is to involve a client's internal team, together with their other professional advisors, to ensure that action plans are developed which achieve the client's objectives.
The firm will act quickly to outline a client's options, assist in selecting the best alternative, implement the resulting plan and see it through to its conclusion.
The firm was founded on several core principles that still guide us today:
- Competence: Services are provided with a demonstrable level of competence; we obtain professional certifications to demonstrate the expertise in our service areas, and consistently maintain continuing education. If we are not experts in a requested service area, we have relationships with other firms who possess the expertise.
- Confidentiality: Our client relationship is built on trust. Our clients are assured of the highest level of confidentiality in all aspects of our work. We do not provide client lists to anyone, a major distinguishing factor from other firms. You probably know several of our clients; you just do not know they are our clients.
- Innovation: The high expectations of our clients and of ourselves will continue to be reached only if we continuously strive to improve our methods and practices. We constantly research issues and trends facing our industry and work to improve the industry knowledgebase.
